Account deletion

Faithful Rest lets users request deletion directly inside the app. Follow the steps below to permanently remove your account.

How to delete your account

  1. 1Open Faithful Rest and sign in to the account you want to remove.
  2. 2Go to Profile, then open Settings and choose Delete account.
  3. 3Review the warning message and confirm the deletion request.
  4. 4Your account access is removed immediately, and associated personal data is scheduled for deletion from our systems and service providers unless we must retain limited records for billing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

What gets deleted

Your Faithful Rest account, profile details, and app-linked personal data are deleted or anonymised as part of the account deletion process.

What may be retained briefly

Subscription receipts, support correspondence, and security logs may be retained for a limited period where required for tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations.

Need help

If you cannot access the app, email support@faithfulrest.com from the address linked to your account and request account deletion assistance.
